FIRE is On a Mission to Block UMass Boston's Righteous Cause
Ideological purity at stake!
Recently, we reported that UMass Boston requires faculty candidates to submit a mandatory oath of loyalty to the Church of DEI and the holy quaternity - Father Foucault, Son Kendi, Holy Spirit DiAngelo and fairy godparent Judith Butler.
However, a heathen soul went and reported this righteous requirement to the alt-right hate group FIRE, who went and sent a letter to the university asking them to stop their glorious efforts. In their report they mention the following (emphasis ours):
FIRE also explained that lack of definitions for key terms like “diversity,” “equity,” and “inclusion,” invites improper, subjective determinations of whether applicants meet the criteria. FIRE thus called on UMass Boston to eliminate the viewpoint-discriminatory requirement and uphold faculty’s expressive and academic freedom rights.
What their hateful, bigoted minds refuse to understand, is that subjectivity is part and parcel of the Church’s ideology. After all, objectivity and clear definitions are tokens of cis-hetero-patriarchal-white supremacy, and thus must be eliminated.
We hereby call upon our Supreme Leaders to ignore the infidels and continue to ensure ideological purity on our campus and among our ranks.
And we shall say Amen and Awomen.
