What is an "anti-racist and health-promoting institution"?

We are capable of some "deconstructing" as well, not only the post-modernists

UMass Boston declared itself an "anti-racist and health-promoting institution": taken separately, either is a noble goal; taken together, it’s an enigma. To the numerous tongues who promptly readjusted to the new tilt of the shiny object above the heads they belong to, it doesn’t matter.

But it matters to us. The secret of the enigma may lie in a particular bill introduced by Sen. Elizabeth Warren on 02/02/2021 that is slowly making its way through Congress. In the true spirit of St. Kendi, its purpose is to “[c]reate a ‘National Center for Anti-Racism’ at the CDC to declare racism as the public health crisis…” The question is: will CDC be legally allowed to quarantine one’s office if that same one became known to glance at McWhorter’s “Woke Racism.” What about his or her home? Wait, somebody is at my door!
