The Rules of Mediocracy

A recent interview with an Oxford-educated physicist turned a historian of science, Dr. Patricia Fara, offers a glimpse of the meritocracy- mediocracy-ruled science, coming to a professional Society near you. Its rules are clear and straightforward; inferences therefrom defy the cold, racist/sexist white male logic to be replaced by the emotion-powered truth of the oppressed:   

1. Any white, cis-gender, heterosexual male scientist is either a rapist or a pedophile. Corollary: Michel Foucault is not a pedophile;  

2. Genius is a white male construct. Ibram McArthur Kendi is an exception that is a rule;

3. A scientific discovery is always a collective effort, with one representative per every cell of the intersectional oppression matrix. A cat-emoji gender and a Martian heritage generate two isolated minorities and one intersectionality, hence 3 options. Obviously, one needs 3N/2 people for N minoritized characteristics: e.g. if we add red-heads, then the discovery will require exactly 4.5 folx.
