New institutions that no longer require a DEI loyalty oath in faculty hiring:

More and more new states join the list of states that feature a comprehensive anti-DEI legislation.

In October, eighth grade algebra was decriminalized in California, in a blow to the infamous California Mathematics Framework - the bastard child of math education “equity over merit” professor Jo Boaler who, unsurprisingly, was accused of “reckless disregard for accuracy” in both her individual work and her work on the California Math Framework. Let us mention that Boaler, the queen of equity, engaged in an intimidation campaign against a black professor who exposed her shenanigans.
